first page! Not very complicated or hard but there is something I love about it, the simplicity...But it takes practice to do it nicely and thought so I'll keep working hard to do better ^__^

Title Page

This is the Post Tenebras Lux title page, it is done in watercolor, white and black pen.

It was really frustrating and at first I was sure it would turn out to be a failure but after a lot of hours, blood, sweat and pain it came out nice!

This is Queen Mangosteen, I had a hard time deciding on her design and name. First I wanted to name her Mandarine but it was kind of lame, it was thanks to a Malaysian friend that I got the final name , Mangosteen and some little info of it being the noble fruit of the queen (the legend of queen Victoria offereing a 100 pounds if someone brought her the fruit).

Her design has her bald on her right side and long hair on the other. I always thought that this hair style is kind of cool ! Unfortunately it doesn't suit me though...depression...Oh well

Dont let her innocent looks fool you though she has been trained to become a warrior queen since early childhood.

Post Tenebras Lux

 This is a short comic/poem "Post Tenebras Lux" I had the idea from a relative of mine who wanted these words engraved on their tomb stone one day. It basically means that after darkness there is light.

Since it is a short story (abstract and dreamy) there is no big background story going on.

Tangerine (left) is a warrior girl, protecting queen Mangosteen, one day she arrives too late at the battlefield and finds out that the evil goblin lord had killed all the soldiers and taken her beloved warrior queen (Mangosteen).

The comic pages will describe a letter from the queen to Tangerine in which she describes her vision (of death).

My inspirations come from Japanese comics but also from Neil Gaiman's writings. I really hope it will be fun to see and read ^__^

Hi to everyone!

After my resurrection this year, I decided to use blogspot as my web comic site. I'll be posting sketches and work in progress too. I really hope everyone will enjoy my art, afterall this is my purpose as an artist, and I'll work hard for it ^__^
